There are 12 rooms available for Praxis residencies :

• 6 singles or couple + 6 potentially shared

The prices differ from residency to residency , please check with each organizer.

Total capacity of 15 people during Praxis residencies, 21 during intense Residencies.

Costs

• The price includes access to the large common areas and garden

• Stay: 1 week minimum ( during monthly residency only the first week is open) to 3 months

• Room sharing: people can share a room. During Praxis residencies we only accept sharing demands from people who bring the second person with them at registration.

• Sharing room for residents guests is 33% ( ⅓) more than base price divided by 2

• Couples who share a double bed add a contribution of 100 euros/month (and 40% (1 week ), 60% (2 weeks), 80 % (3 weeks) of month’s cost.

Main building : 7 rooms with one common bathroom

Room 1 - Presence ( premium)

Main house 2nd floor, balcony with garden view. Double bed (single or couple). Private bathroom with bathtub. Toilet separate.

Room 2 - Integrity ( premium)

Main house 1st floor, with private bathroom. Double bed (single or couple).

Room 3 - Lightness ( premium)

Main house 2nd floor. Double bed (single or couple). Common bathroom on 2nd floor.

Room 4 - Joy

Main house 1st floor, garden view. Double bed (single or couple). Common bathroom on 2nd floor.

Room 5 - Contemplation (standard)

Main house 1st floor. Two single beds - can be single occupancy or shared by two people. Shared bathroom on 1st floor, common shower on 2nd floor.

Room 6 - Authenticity (single)

Main house 2nd floor. Can be shared by two people. Shared bathroom on 2nd floor.

Room 7 - Vulnerability (standard)

Main house 3rd floor. Two single beds can be shared by two people. Shared bathroom on 2nd floor

Room 8 - Enthusiasm ( standard)

Main house, 3rd floor attic space. Double bed (single or couple). Possibly to expand in attic space . Shared bathroom on 2nd floor.

Room 9 - Energy ( standard)

Saint Michel house, 1st floor, shared bathroom. 1 double bed + 1 single bed. Can be shared. Shared bathroom with room 10.

Room 10 - Essence ( standard)

Saint-Michel house, 1st floor. Two single beds can be shared by two people. Sharing bathroom with room 9 .

Room 11 - Compassion ( premium )

A combination of 2 small rooms with own bathroom. Nice view on garden . The space is one private floor.
